Creating a Content Record - YouTube video

These instructions may vary depending on the type of content you wish to add.

Select the Content Tab, then Insert a Content Record > Next

Select the K/S Table, this the folder you wish to save the content.

Select the Type of Content you wish to add. - For a YouTube or Vimeo Video Select #7 External URL

Enter the title of the content in the Required Field. 

To add the YouTube or Vimeo Link, Select Edit Content.  You will then be prompted to add the link to the video.  Please Note:  you must add the embed video link, for youtube the URL should look like this:  https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEO_ID.  

Once the URL has been updated, select "Refresh" and then "View Content Button" to ensure the link is correct.
