Bulk Adding (and Completing) Learners to a Class
As an administrator, you can bulk enroll learners into a class using the Directory Services ID.
  1. From the main admin area select the Courses button on the left panel, use the classes dropdown to select Review a Class Record and click next:
  1. Locate the desired Course Title and Class instance, then click next:
  1. Select the option for Batch Enroll Members:
  1. Enter the Directory Services IDs (which is usually the employee number) for each of the employees you want to enroll in the class, set the desired Enrollment Status (you can select Completed Satisfactorily if the learners have already attended the session), Enrollment Date, Attendance Verified, Override Supervisor Approval (if applicable) and click the Submit button:
