Adding an Existing Course into a Catalog

The following steps will help you to place an existing course into a catalog of your choice.

(1) Select the course tab, then select (2) 'Review a Course Outline" from the drop-down and select Next.


Select K/S Table where the course resides (3) then click "Next"


Select (4) the course from the drop-menu and (5) click "Next"


(6) Click on the course outline (Title of the course) to open the "Modify Course Record Screen" 


(7) Select the "Click Here" for "Review Course Catalog Entries".


(8) Add the course to the catalog of your choice by clicking the "Add" button and selecting the catalog from the list. 
You can remove the course from a catalog by highlighting the catalog and clicking "Next" then delete.
