If you are rehiring an employee and would like to reactivate their profile to maintain all the training history, or if you are simply recovering a mistakenly delete learner the process is the same.
(1) Select the Setup tab. (2) Select Manage Deleted / Duplicate User Accounts and (3) click Next.
(4) Select the Click Here for Search for Deleted Accounts.
(5) Enter the information for the learner you are searching for. (6) You can search by Member Name, Username, Member Email or Directory Service ID.
(7) Once you have located the learner profile you wish to recover, select the Recover this user button.
